findmyband
There are countless reasons to learn to play an instrument or sing. Making music together with others or forming a band is one of them. To ensure that Instrumentor students also have the opportunity to find the right people for this, we have teamed up with the Swiss band platform findmyband.
You too can find like-minded fellow musicians on findmyband.

Process work is an experience-orientated approach to processes that we encounter in life. Artistic questions, questions of meaning, changes or crises can be starting points for delving into the unknown and coming to terms with existence.
The meetings take place in the rehearsal room in Zürich-Wiedikon. They usually last 60 minutes and cost CHF 100.- for Instrumentor teachers.

"Making music is guiding movement through the ear. The movement triggers the musical action. With imagination, the inner world becomes an outer world. When the movement, the sound and the consciousness are brought into balance, there is an ideal state between mind and body.
With Taiji and QiGong, an awareness and body feeling is developed that allows the movements to be performed slowly, smoothly and freely. A moving peace and tranquillity in movement- with just as much strength and energy as is needed."
